This plane is based on the first plane I ever built from scratch. The original had a foam core wing (single taper) balsa sheeting with a wood fuselage and tail. I flew that thing for hours. I built three of them back in the mid 90's.
The new one, as shown below, will have a glass fuse and bagged/composite wings and tails. Should be fun. Span is just under 40 inches, projected weight is around 14-16 ounces empty.
